Mackech allows the exchange of one product for another of the same value for 30 days after the ordered date.Returns are only valid for pieces returned in perfect conditions, without damages.The client that wishes to return a piece will be subject to cover shipping expenses and to return the piece in the exact way he or she received it, with the tag, guarantee certificate and sales receipt.We do not accept returns for pieces that have been personalized and /or engraved.For a repair, size adjustment, change of piece, the original receipt, original packaging, guarantee certificate, please contact email@example.com or call (33) 36781705.
Returns are only permitted for purchases made through our website cuzanjewels.com and if the product has an error in manufacturing details.
We do not give a cash refund for our pieces, if you wish to return a product we will give you store credit that lasts 30 days, effective on the returned date only if the product is in pristine condition ready to be re sold. The price-tags should be intact, presented in its original packaging, showing no signs of misuse whatsoever. The sales receipt and guarantee certificate must have been checked by a company employee.
For any repair, exchange or return, the guarantee certificate is indispensable. The replacement of any of our pieces is subject to additional shipping and tax costs.
